About this cartoon: The election of Donald Trump stirred up a lot of bigotry, with neo-Nazis, the KKK and the "alt-right" supporting Trump, who did very little to denounce their support. Nearing the election and following it, anti-Semitic vandalism took an upturn, as did attacks on Muslims, racist speech against African Americans and latinos and other forms of hate, all seemingly freed from staying in the shadows.
